I have 56% of it locked up in a perpetual covenant protecting two types of endangered forest communities. There are a range of birds, reptiles, mammals, orchids and fungi regularly present with regular sightings of Wedge Tail Eagles and Tasmanian Devils. The location is close to the Spirit of Tasmania berth and many tourist attractions as well as the natural beauty of the property.

Traill's Corner is a five-acre property situated on the Mersey River offering a large open field with river access, and warm springs, swimming for small children to paddle in, deeper for swimming, kayaking, world renowned trout fishing, wildlife around, close to the forest, close to our many major mountain bike trails,

The perfect romantic getaway. A tiny house with everything you need. Soak in the wood-fired hot tub, and watch the stars by the fireside. Lazy mornings in bed, relax in our claw foot bath, read a book in front of the picture windows, and warm up in front of the wood fire with a complimentary glass of port. Naivasha Tiny house is set in a secluded bush location. Please note that you'll need to climb some steps (two metres high) to get to the loft bed. If you have mobility issues, this may not be for you. There is no mobile reception, but we have great Wi-Fi.
