A Chef's Winter Road Trip 4-course dinner curated by the team at award-winning Tesoro. The menu explores local winter produce from around the island, with option to pair with Tassie wines. During the dinner, use your Tasmanian foodie map to follow the local stories of each producer, farmer and winery.
