Crabtree River Cottages are located on the banks of the Crabtree River in the beautiful Huon Valley at Grove, just a 25-minute drive from Hobart and a seven-minute drive to the centre of Huonville. The property sits on the banks of the Crabtree River and overlooks ‘Sleeping Beauty’ mountain. We offer two private and comfortable federation-style self-contained cottages named Emily and Eliza. Both cottages have a kitchenette, very high vaulted ceilings, en-suite with two-person spa plus separate shower, romantic bedroom, large decks with barbecue and verandahs overlooking Crabtree River. The river is an active playground for platypus and trout, and the pastures beyond are home to wallabies and the odd Tasmanian devil.
