Brahms, Mozart and Beethoven | Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra

A man sitting in front of a concert piano, with violin players in the background.
Acclaimed Spanish pianist Javier Perianes reunites with the TSO to perform Mozart's sunny Piano Concerto No 23. The concert also features the full orchestra playing Beethoven's Symphony No 4 — often described as his most cheerful, with lively rhythms and lyrical beauty. In line with this theme of beauty, the concert opens with the full TSO Chorus joining the orchestra for Brahms's gorgeous Schicksalslied (Song of Destiny).
