The property, with its own private jetty, is located on the banks of the Tamar River Conservation Area; an area of outstanding natural beauty and wetland habitat to many native animals and plants. Perfect for small groups, the self-contained, self-catering, accommodation has four modern ensuite bedrooms. Rooms can be configured to accommodate couples and singles in King or Twin beds (up to eight people maximum). The large, modern dining and lounge room area, with a well equipped full kitchen, is a great space for friends, family and colleagues to chat, drink, eat and tell stories. The extensive deck, overlooking the Tamar Estuary, offers an alternative retreat to relax and enjoy the beauty of Rosevears. Enjoy a quiet moment with a good book and a glass of local Tasmanian wine. The large shed is a great place to securely store equipment overnight.

A spacious (35sqm) self-contained studio apartment adjoining our home, with your own secure private entry. Situated on an acre of land surrounded by vineyards on the Tamar Valley Wine Route, 15 minutes from Launceston CBD, 5 minutes from Legana shopping centre and 2 kilometres to the historic Rosevears Tavern. Launceston airport is 30 minutes’ drive. There are no shared or common areas inside the apartment which boasts a luxurious king bed which can be converted to twin beds if you require (please advise when you book). Quality linen, electric blankets and super comfy pillows, ensure a sound sleep. There is a well-equipped kitchenette with modern 2-burner induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. We supply complementary coffee pods, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper etc. and of course plenty of crockery, cooking utensils etc. A generous Continental Breakfast for you to enjoy at your leisure is included in the room rate. There is a comfortable 3 seater couch, large screen TV with plenty of input options if you want to avail yourselves of more than Free-to-Air TV (Google Cast available). There is also a DVD player and a large DVD selection. Large dining table. Private ensuite with toilet, shower, hand basin and of course all the towels and guest amenities you should expect. Shared BBQ and outdoor eating area.
