Songbirds

Two women wearing suits and bowties sitting together, smiling.
Two extraordinary voices, one unforgettable friendship Songbirds is what happens when two powerhouse performers, and 37 years of friendship, take full flight on stage. Join stars of the Australian stage and screen Gorgi Coghlan and Anna-Lee Robertson, with musical direction by Kym Dillon, for an evening of glorious music, razor-sharp banter and joyful rivalry, as they sing, soar and occasionally try to outdo each other — all in the name of friendship. From Bernstein to Berlin, Cole Porter to Puccini, Paul Simon to Adele, these two Songbirds glide effortlessly between classical and contemporary favourites, proving that great voices only get better with time (and a little healthy competition). Expect spine-tingling harmonies, laugh-out-loud moments and the kind of chemistry you only get after nearly four decades of shared stages, stories and survival. Warm, witty and wildly entertaining, Songbirds is a celebration of music, mateship and the magic that happens when lifelong friends take flight together.
