The Gawler Gallery is the home of Leven Regional Arts. The Gallery displays fine art, water colours, acrylics and pastel, textiles such as felting, fibre and fabrics, mosaics, pencil sketching, zen doodling, print making and locally crafted seaweed fired pottery. A small Wednesday group specialises in assembling ships, planes and small engineering models. LRA conducts structured classes in print making and art practice with working artists operating in the Gallery during opening hours. All artwork with the exception of pottery is created within the Gallery and new members and visitors are welcome to explore the Gallery and perhaps choose a new art practice and join one of our freindly groups. The Gawler Gallery is open from 10am to 3pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Civic Centre Patrick Street Ulverstone. Gold coin donation on entry appreciated.
