Located opposite a cherry orchard close to supermarkets and food outlets, the property has land for off grid self contained camping and caravans. Unfortunately they do not have toilet facilities on the property. It's within 20 minutes of Hobart, within 2 km of Bonnorong Wildlife Park and 1 kilometre from motor racing circuit. Close to the picturesque town of Richmond a colonial town established in early 1800s. Dog friendly but must be controlled as we have many native animals such as galahs, native hens, ducks, rosella's, echidnas. They grow their own vegetables, have a vast array of fruit trees and variety of berries and free range eggs. Guest's must have their own toilet and shower facilities on board.

They offer space for fully self-contained caravans or campers to set up beside our creek, which is dry around 90% of the year. The site is private and cannot be seen from the road. They are a busy family of six with many animals—horses, sheep, chickens, cats, and dogs—all much-loved pets.
