Join members of the acclaimed Auckland Youth Choir for an inspiring and uplifting workshop designed especially for high school and college singers. Next Gen Voices is a hands-on, collaborative experience exploring harmony, ensemble singing, and musicianship in a fun, supportive, and motivating environment. You'll work alongside like-minded singers, build confidence, refine your vocal skills and experience the thrill of creating a powerful sound together. Auckland Youth Choir is known for its ability to bridge the gap between school and adult choirs through innovative performances and collaborations with some of New Zealand's most prominent musicians. Led by highly respected and dynamic conductor David Squire, this promises to be an opportunity to create a lifelong memory. The experience culminates with a performance alongside the Auckland Youth Choir at the festival concert Next Gen Voices: All Together Now – a chance to share the stage and experience the joy of singing together as a unified choir. Don't miss this chance to learn, perform, connect and join the next generation of singers as you experience the excitement of creating high-quality vocal music.
