International Wine Commuicator of the Year Tyson Stelzer, Ed Carr (House of Arras), Natalie Fryar (Bellebonne) and Andrew Pirie (Apogee) invite you to theirinaugural Tasmanian Sparkling Immersion, the most in-depth experience of Tasmanian sparkling ever created! Ed, Nat and Andrew will personally host five intimate masterclasses, two winery visits, barrel tasting and vineyard visit in the heart of the Tamar Valley and Piper's River, where they grow and make some of the finest sparkling wines in the world. This unprecedented celebration brings together Australia's top three sparkling winemakers, with a combined experience of an incredible 134 vintages. The weekend will showcase no fewer than 56 of their finest cuvées spanning three decades, alongside the greatest sparkling wines of Australia, Champagne and the world. Between three remarkable days of tastings and visits, a gala dinner, cocktail dinner, brunch and two lunches at Evenfall, Apogee and House of Arras will pair their cuvées with the finest of local Tasmanian produce. An intimate weekend limited to just 33 guests, Tasmanian Sparkling Immersion is the ultimate sparkling experience, commemorating the bicentenary of Australia's first sparkling wine, made in Newtown in Hobart in 1826! Ed, Nat, Andrew and Tyson very much look forward to welcoming you to their special part of Tasmania and introducing their sparkling art like you've never experienced it before!
