You are welcome to the peace and quiet of the Outlook BnB in Rosevears situated 15 minutes from Launceston and thirty minutes from the airport. The Outlook BnB is an executive private apartment adjoining the host's house. Six separate living spaces comprising of a superb viewing deck, kitchenette, double bedroom, lounge/library, bathroom, and toilet all accessed by a wide hallway where we show off local artists in a boutique gallery space. There is a private three-bay parking space dedicated to guests right by the apartment. The apartment is a single level and has easy access from the parking bay. The well-equipped kitchenette incorporates a fridge freezer, microwave, sink, toaster and kettle. Please note no oven or hot plate. Generous supplies, excellent teas, fine coffee and a free continental breakfast are on offer as well as local wines available on request. Free wifi. Large smart TV with Netflix, and air-conditioning. They offer the Outlook BnB as a quiet retreat and so want to remain discretely hands-off to allow you a relaxed and private stay. However, if you would like some advice on wineries or other places of interest, they are more than happy to interact and help out.
