It is extremely well situated on Hobart’s Eastern Shore, a ten minute stroll to Hobart’s largest Shopping Centre, and ten minutes drive to Hobart Airport, CBD/Salamanca. As you enter via the external staircase you are greeted by the large lounge, kitchen, and dining area. In the lounge, you will find a comfortable sofa (which also converts to a double bed). Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
