7K Distillery is the closest distillery to Hobart's CBD, just 10 minutes away - on the way to MONA! The very heart of our Derwent Park distillery is our handmade copper still. It was made by our founder Tyler - not many distilleries can claim that they’ve made their copper pot still, and it's what sets 7K apart.
A tour of our modern distillery will give you a glimpse of how we master our craft and a sample of some of our award-winning gins and spirits with our hospitable team. Bookings are made via our website.

Taste and tour a gin house
Pop by 7K Distillery's a new home in New Norfolk, the perfect place to stave off winter chill with a drop of gin. Enter the Tasting House and choose from 7K’s three core range gins, including their locally sourced Tasmanian Raspberry Gin, classic Modern Gin or warming Dry Chilli Gin. Take a complimentary tour of the distillery in June and July.
