Callington Mill Distillery is located in the historic sandstone village of Oatlands, Tasmania. A distillery on a scale like no other in Tasmania and offers immersive and unique single malt experiences. The distillery is open seven days a week, 10 am to 4 pm.
The 'cellar door', also known as the distillery's restaurant, will take you on a journey of the Tasmanian experience: world-renowned fresh seafood, locally sourced meat and fresh produce. There are several vegetarian and gluten-free options available, as well as charcuterie and cheese plates.
The 'serendipity experience' includes tasting five premium cask strength raw whiskies with crafting and a tasting guide to assist you in creating your own unique Single Malt Whisky. You can add a unique label signed by you on a 700ml bottle of your own cask strength single malt whisky. This experience also includes a self-guided distillery tour.
