Ghost Rock Dining Space
Ghost Rock Wines is a family-owned winery, located on the beautiful coastline of Northern Tasmania, just 15 minutes from Devonport/Spirit of Tasmania terminal and one hour from Launceston and Cradle Mountain. Ghost Rock’s Cellar Door and Eatery is a breath-taking setting overlooking the vineyards, with striking views of Bass Strait, rolling patchwork hills and mountains. The Cellar Door provides an intimate setting in which to taste a selection of Ghost Rock and Supernatural Wines. The experienced Cellar Door team will take you through a guided tasting of the latest release wines and talk you through the winemaking philosophy, the Ghost Rock legend and history of the relatively new Cradle Coast wine region. The award-winning wines are exclusively grown, vinified and bottled on the Estate. The family is fuelled by the sort of obsession that only comes from being a regional pioneer. The Ghost Rock Eatery offers an intimate, comfortable and relaxed space to gather with friends and family, to enjoy the region’s bounty of produce on offer. Working collaboratively with local growers, producers and makers, the ever-changing menu is guided by the seasons. The food philosophy is much like their wine philosophy - minimal intervention and let the quality of the produce shine.
