Sunset Beach is only 180 metres away. Sunset Rise can comfortably accommodate four people. Both bedrooms have quality queen-sized beds, fresh linen and doonas. Two full ensuite bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, face washers and hand towels supplied. The brand-new kitchen boasts all of the modern comforts whilst taking in the panoramic views over the island meals bar. Fridge, toaster, kettle, convection microwave, oven, cooktop, rice cooker, air fryer, sandwich press, cookware, utensils and equipment to ensure you can prepare your meals with comfort and ease. The covered verandah at the front of the house with glass balustrade provides uninterrupted views, with café table and chairs. Tucked away at the rear of the property is a covered entertaining area with an outdoor setting for 4 people and a gas BBQ
