Hotel Bruny

Hotel Bruny deck
At Hotel Bruny they've always believed that if you're lucky enough to dine overlooking the ocean, the food on the plate should reflect where you are. That's why they're passionate about keeping things local wherever they can. From freshly shucked Pacific oysters sourced from Cameron in Adams Bay to premium seafood supplied by their good mates at Mures Tasmania, they work hard to bring the best of Tasmania to the table. When you can see the water from your seat, they think there's a responsibility to make sure the seafood is as fresh, honest and high quality as possible. You'll find beautiful Tassie lamb, premium Bass Strait beef and Ingham's free-range chicken featured throughout the menu, alongside seasonal produce sourced from around the state. Simple, generous food done properly. The kind of meals that suit a long lunch, a post-adventure feed or a relaxed dinner watching the weather roll across the channel. Behind the bar, they proudly stock a huge range of Tasmanian craft beers, local wines and spirits, alongside all the old favourites. Whether you're chasing a crisp cider after a day exploring Bruny Island or settling in with a Tassie pinot by the fire, there's something for everyone. Hotel Bruny is about good food, good people and a genuine taste of Tasmania and all served with one of the best views going around.
