Nestled in private bushland on the same Berriedale peninsula as the world famous Museum of Old and New Art, Mona’s eight super-flash luxury pavilions are perfect for those who like their luxe accommodation to stimulate the brain as much as the indulgence-muscles. Each pavilion is unique, adorned with spenny artworks, contemporary bespoke furniture by Tasmanian designers, and furnishings from the likes of Philippe Starck, Patricia Urquiola and Ron Arad (plus the odd bit of pre-Columbian sculpture). As well as the usual trimmings—spas, great sheets, fluffy bathrobes, Aesop goodies, premo minibar, sweeping river views—guests receive a complimentary Moorilla wine tasting and daily breakfast in the lavish surrounds of the Source Restaurant. There are several other bars and restaurants on site, too. A stay in the pavilions also gets you priority access to Mona—a bucket-list Tasmanian destination that’s only made better by getting to gloat that you spent the weekend staying there as well.

Derwent Vista is a self-contained waterfront holiday house at Austins Ferry, in Tasmania's South. Set on the banks of the River Derwent, it is ideal for business or pleasure visits. All main rooms have views of the river and Mt Direction. The house has a large riverside garden dominated by an ancient Bhutan Cyprus hedge and a very old elm planted by Lady Franklin. Derwent Vista is fully furnished and accommodates up to nine guests. The house features three bedrooms, the master bedroom with ensuite, and a separate bathroom with a separate toilet and wash basin. The modern fully-equipped kitchen has wonderful views and there is a separate laundry. On the deck, there is a barbecue. A dryer, television, stereo and free wireless internet are all available for your use. Fishing gear is provided, while bicycles, canoes and sailboards are available on request. The local yacht club and launching ramp are close by, as are shops and access to public transport. Austins Ferry is close to a number of attractions including Bonorong Wildlife Park and a number of golf and bowls clubs. Derwent Vista is around a 15-minute drive (16 km) north of Hobart.

Amy Cottage is a three-bedroom/ two-bathroom period cottage : Circa 1940. Fully self-contained accommodation for up to 6 guests with two master bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and one with its own ensuite. 3rd bedroom contains twin king single beds. Spacious, well equipped kitchen/family dining area, formal lounge, and laundry. Quality linen, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, guest toilet amenities. Centrally located in Moonah just a minutes walk from supermarket, restaurants, shops, transport, and attractions. Rate is for 4 guests. Extra guests welcome at the extra person rate. Complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, temperature-controlled gas hot water, full private laundry facilities, outdoor setting, undercover BBQ patio and secure off-street parking for 1- 3 vehicles.
