Entry to the apartment is via the private front gate at the front of the single city apartment, featuring a staircase leading up to a separate bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Situated only two blocks from the CBD. With views of one of Hobart's oldest and most beautiful private schools and Cathedral from your bedroom window, and views of the city from the kitchen windows. The space includes unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, one off-street parking bay, kitchen with all the basics such as fridge, oven, microwave and kettle, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and sanitiser. The apartment includes a Queen sized bed with the highest quality linen and towels. Flat screen TV, reverse cycle air conditioner and panel heater and Separate laundry is available. Another thing to note is that the entry is via a fairly steep staircase and may not be suitable for small children or the elderly.

Annie’s Room, 121 Warwick St is a Heritage-listed cottage dating back to 1837. This is the historical name the cottage goes by. It is one half of a georgian-style terrace, the other side of the property is called Pandora’s Box. The rumour is that both cottages are thus named because back in the old days West Hobart was a vibrant ‘red light’ district! It is very quaint with many period touches as well as modern conveniences. There is a lovely back garden to enjoy when the weather is fine, a fire inside as well as a heat pump to keep you toasty warm in the cooler weather. Everything is provided to make your stay comfortable and “a home away from home”. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast basket for your first day or two. The cottage’s location makes it so easy to eat out, being walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs so guests will find it hard to resist the many culinary delights on offer. Perfect for a couple it is essentially a one-bedroom cottage, with a queen bed, plus a daybed in a study nook and a sofa in the lounge room that converts to a single bed.
