Set in the historic Georgian sandstone village of Oatlands, The Imbibers is a beautifully restored building housing some of the best local food & beverages. The Imbibers are all about tasting and experience. Their menu is all about tasting flights, platters and small plates that highlight the amazing produce of the local region. They have a fully stocked bottle'oh! of Tasmanian wines, spirits, beer and cider all sourced from the local region. The Imbiders highlights the Coal River Valley, with just a little nudge into the Derwent Valley, south east Tasmania and the southern portion of the east coast (just to mix it up a little).
