Visit other vineyards and cellar doors in the local area along the Tamar Valley Wine Route Two, one-bedroom apartments with large bathrooms, living areas, kitchenettes, decks with electric BBQ, and sofa bed provided in the living area. Travel cot and highchair are available. Unit 5 is wheelchair friendly and has a deep bath with a roll-in shower. Hairdryers and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Tea, and a variety of coffee options, sugar, milk and condiments are included. Kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, plugin oven, air fryer and wok, cutlery, crockery, glasses and required cooking utensils. Washing machine, bar fridge included. Smart TV including Netflix. You are welcome to the peace and quiet of the Outlook BnB in Rosevears situated 15 minutes from Launceston and thirty minutes from the airport. The Outlook BnB is an executive private apartment adjoining the host's house. Six separate living spaces comprising of a superb viewing deck, kitchenette, double bedroom, lounge/library, bathroom, and toilet all accessed by a wide hallway where we show off local artists in a boutique gallery space. There is a private three-bay parking space dedicated to guests right by the apartment. The apartment is a single level and has easy access from the parking bay. The well-equipped kitchenette incorporates a fridge freezer, microwave, sink, toaster and kettle. Please note no oven or hot plate. Generous supplies, excellent teas, fine coffee and a free continental breakfast are on offer as well as local wines available on request. Free wifi. Large smart TV with Netflix, and air-conditioning. They offer the Outlook BnB as a quiet retreat and so want to remain discretely hands-off to allow you a relaxed and private stay. However, if you would like some advice on wineries or other places of interest, they are more than happy to interact and help out.

A spacious (35sqm) self-contained studio apartment adjoining our home, with your own secure private entry. Situated on an acre of land surrounded by vineyards on the Tamar Valley Wine Route, 15 minutes from Launceston CBD, 5 minutes from Legana shopping centre and 2 kilometres to the historic Rosevears Tavern. Launceston airport is 30 minutes’ drive. There are no shared or common areas inside the apartment which boasts a luxurious king bed which can be converted to twin beds if you require (please advise when you book). Quality linen, electric blankets and super comfy pillows, ensure a sound sleep. There is a well-equipped kitchenette with modern 2-burner induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. We supply complementary coffee pods, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper etc. and of course plenty of crockery, cooking utensils etc. A generous Continental Breakfast for you to enjoy at your leisure is included in the room rate. There is a comfortable 3 seater couch, large screen TV with plenty of input options if you want to avail yourselves of more than Free-to-Air TV (Google Cast available).
