Partridge Farm B&B and self-contained holiday accommodation on Flinders Island is situated on the southern end of the Strzelecki Range within the eucalyptus trees overlooking Franklin Sound & the outer Furneaux Islands. We are four-star accommodation with free range partridges, guinea pigs, Cape Barren geese , boer goats and dorper sheep, also with a large fruit orchard and olive trees. Meals are available to house guests which are prepared by Rob & Lorraine. The majority of produce served is from Flinders Island and grown on Partridge Farm. Lady Barron Cottage is a fully self-contained three-bedroom house that can sleep up to seven persons. The Cottage is within walking distance to the jetty, local Tavern, and General Store. It has everything you need to prepare your own meals and all linen is supplied. Air conditioning and a comfortable lounge is also a feature.

Lady Barron Sea Views consists of three fully self-contained cottages that are in close proximity to each other while still offering privacy. The cottages are within walking distance to the local Tavern, General Store and Wharf. Each Sea Views cottage has two bedrooms that can be configured to suit differing sleeping arrangements for singles, couples. Other features are a lounge area with satellite TV/DVD, Air conditioning, kitchenette area with everything you need to prepare your own meals, bathroom and laundry. Linen and towels, tea and coffee are also supplied. Sea Views cottages have viewing decks that offer great sea views over Franklin Sound.
