Winganah Cottage is a fully self-contained cottage accommodation offering a Farm Stay experience. Situated at the gateway to the Tasman Peninsula, Winganah is nestled in a peaceful rural location. The Cottage is within walking distance to beautiful beaches and easy driving distance to popular Tourist attractions such as Port Arthur Historic Site, Bangor Vineyard, Three Capes Walk and Pennicott Tours. It is also close to local eateries like The Cannery, The Dunalley Hotel and the Lanterns Cafe. The Cottage can accommodate 3 guests, with a queen-size bed, a single bed, full cooking facilities, a barbecue and an outdoor firepit. It boasts views of the beautiful countryside and includes a full complimentary continental breakfast. You will have the opportunity to meet and hand-feed some of the many animals that live on the Winganah farm, including alpacas, sheep and chickens. Winganah is also home to many native wildlife, including kookaburras, paddy melons, possums and Tasmanian devils. Winganah Cottage is 5 minutes to Dunalley, 30 minutes to Port Arthur and 45 minutes to Hobart.

The perfect place to get away, relax and explore the incredible sights of the Tasman Peninsula. Flotsam is situated on the edge of the Dunalley Bay, the gateway to the Tasman Peninsula and Port Arthur. The Studios are designed for two. Both have sweeping views of the Bay and the gentle casuarina landscape. Each have a BBQ, fully equiped kitchenette, queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and a slow combustion fire to keep you warm on winter nights. There are so many places to visit and explore one day is not enough. We literally have Bangor Winery just accross the road from Flotsam where you can have a sublime lunch paired with local wines. Then there is Bream Creek wines with one of the best views overlooking Maria Island and Marion Bay. We are surrounded by vistas and beaches where ever you drive there is Eaglehawk Neck beach, Stewarts Bay Beach, Marion Bay Beach, just to name a few. Then there is the Port Arhur Historical Site, Blow hole, Tessalated Pavement, Remarkable Caves, Chocolate Factory for the best Lemon Curd Icecream you will ever taste, Gin Distillaries and much much more.

A stunning heritage-listed stone church (with sauna), as featured on ABC TV's Restorations Australia, converted into a boutique home and events space. St Martin's is just 30 mins from Hobart airport. It is nestled in the old fishing village of Dunalley, the gateway to the stunning Tasman peninsula, with the harbour visible on one side and the ocean on the other. St Martin's has been lovingly restored and adorned with period antiques. A modern architectural addition at the back of the building has been respectfully erected to complement and extend the main living area. It presents a modern, beautiful kitchen and bathroom with 'sho-sugi-ban' cladding (traditional Japanese charred timbers) and an open deck with inbuilt seating, firepit and sea views. In the garden sits a generous Norwegian spruce sauna with traditional stone steaming, complementing the internal fireplace and wall panel heating. Gardens envelope the property. The main bed is a Murphy bed, enabling it to be flipped into the wall to create an open events space.
