Redefining what is possible on a wine tour, Eat the Wild takes you to vineyards beyond the cellar door experience. Go behind the scenes, past the crowds, beyond the giftshop and into the winemakers world, and enjoy an unrivalled degustation food experience along the way. Unwind as your tour van serves as a mobile kitchen, the driver is your personal chef, and the farm, winemaking shed or sometimes even an old barn becomes the restaurant. If you are after crisp linen and silver service, we suggest you stick to the beaten path. With us, let the food, the wine, and the passion of the producers set the standard. The tour will skip throughout the Coal River Valley Wine Region and into the emerging vineyards of Tea Tree and beyond. At each stop you will be welcomed by the owners/winemakers who will personally guide you on a tasting experience through their finest selection. Meanwhile, the chef will prepare a degustation style dish paired to a generous serving of the vineyards ‘best foot forward’ wine. Sit, relax, chat, drink, eat, repeat.
