Positioned near fishing areas and a 15 minute drive to Hollybank mountain bike paths and Hollybank Treetop Adventures, a 15 minute drive to Launceston and Lilydale, and 30 minutes to beautiful Scottsdale.

The property is nestled within the scenic Cuckoo Valley, covering 90 acres and currently operating as a beef farm. The Mackenzie Rivulet winds through 20 acres of native rainforest in the centre of the property, providing hours of exploration for campers. The rivulet is shallow, with clear, slow-moving water, making it a perfect spot to cool off on a warm summer's day or a beautiful place to sit back and read a book. The property has only recently been purchased by its current owners and is a work in progress, so for now there are limited facilities onsite. Campsites are pet friendly. Fire pits are allowed in all sites.
