Feel like royalty traveling with the top down, enjoying the sunshine or close the top in inclement weather and still enjoy the sights. Your driver and groom are also dressed in 19th-century livery to complete the picture.

This tour is a great tour for young families and is a really affordable and fun way to see the main sights.
Take a horse drawn carriage tour past the historic sandstone buildings of Salamanca Place, passing by Parliament House and over to the IXL building and cruise ship terminals. Waterfront jaunts last for around 30 minutes. You'll get a wonderful view of Mt Wellington as it looms over the city and also see the bustling waterfront up close. As we drive past a Hobart institution, Mures, make sure you wave to all the bystanders! You'll learn how the Hobart waterfront of today is much different to the 1800s and why IXL was such a big part of that change. A really great tour for families and a wonderful evening tour. The lights of the city are truly magical.
These tours run for an hour and take in Salamanca Place and the charming streets of historic Battery Point. You'll be immersed in the atmosphere of 19th Century Hobart and it's easy to imagine life in Georgian and Victorian times when you ride in our vis-a-vis carriage driven by the carriage driver in authentic livery. You'll be able to appreciate the beauty of this well preserved area from a perspective that can't be reproduced by driving in a car or even walking. Learn some of the fascinating history as we travel through this unique district.
The ultimate way to see historic Hobart. This tour lasts for 1.5 hours and we take you through the charming streets of Battery Point and then through our exciting Waterfront. To top of your experience, you receive one copy of the hard cover pictorial book, Discovering Hobart per couple, to take away as a memento of your experience. We'll tell you all about the architecture and characters of colonial Hobart who made their homes in the once not so glamorous Battery Point. Today, Battery Point is our most exclusive suburb and a small cottage can set you back in the millions. Our pioneers would have never imagined it! Winding our way through the narrow streets of Battery Point, we then make our way down to the Waterfront which was the first point of settlement in Tasmania. Historic buildings abound here too but the pace is now more modern and exciting. Come through this area at any time of the year and you are surrounded by excited visitors, fishing boats and ocean going yachts. Your tour culminates back on the iconic Salamanca Place, a beautifully preserved Georgian streetscape, now home to arts, crafts, food and wine.
Castle Phoenix is, without a doubt, one of the most incredible architectural wonders in Australia. Built solely by two artists, Francis Shepherd and Christina Kent, this Castle has taken ten years to reach this stage. Still under construction, but by no means any less incredible, you’ll learn the absolutely mesmerising story of how the Castle came to be and the wonders of its design. Your two-hour tour departs from outside the Geeveston Information Centre. Beautiful, whimsical Geeveston, is often known by its alternative name, Rosehaven, as it stars as the fictitious town in the ABC comedy series of the same name. Whilst in Geeveston, why not enjoy a coffee and treat at Harvest and Light before or after your carriage ride? Your booking confirmation provides you with a two for one coffee and treats offer. Your half-hour carriage ride through the lush farmlands of the Arve Valley arrives at the Castle where you’ll enjoy some locally sourced refreshments! You’ll be fascinated by the one hour guided tour of the Castle in the making and its Sculpture Gardens. We’ll then return you to Geeveston by carriage.
