All the fun happens adjacent to our Park in Fairway Park. Fairway Park boasts expansive playground areas, bike paths, a skate park, and an exciting Pump'n'Jump Track.
Situated centrally on the peaceful and beautiful north-west coast, Ulverstone is an ideal base for visiting spectacular Leven Canyon, Gunns Plain Caves, Lake Barrington, Sheffield, Stanley and Cradle Mountain.
The park is within easy walking distance of the town centre and numerous other parks and scenic sites, including a heated water slide (in summer), Kids' play grounds, a bird sanctuary and barbecues.

2 Bedroom Apartment (Sleeps 5 or 6)
Our Two Bedroom Apartments provide roomy and cozy lodging perfect for families. Each unit features two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other equipped with a tri-bunk. They come complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, a living area with TV, a dining space, and the comfort of a reverse-cycle air conditioner/heater. Parking is conveniently located just outside each apartment. While three of these apartments accommodate up to 5 guests, the fourth can house 6, boasting an additional single bed in the second room. Situated right across from the beach, adjacent to expansive Fairway parkland, and a mere 15-minute walk to the town centre, our location ensures everything you need is easily accessible.

Family Cabin (Sleeps 6)
Bring the whole family for a fun-filled holiday while staying in one of our modern Family Cabins. Our Family Cabins, Sleeps 6 have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two sets of bunks. They have a modern fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need for your stay including a full-size fridge, microwave, stove top and oven. The lounge and dining area include a dining table, lounge, TV and reverse-cycle air-con/heat making them perfect for families to enjoy a night together, with an outdoor balcony to sit and relax, plus parking right outside. These cabins have everything you need to enjoy a fuss-free family holiday. Note that, children aged under nine years should not sleep on the top bunk for safety reasons.

Our Family Cabins are a fantastic accommodation option for both families and friends. With a queen bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, this cabin sleeps four comfortably. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay including a full-size fridge, microwave, stove top and oven. The lounge and dining area are perfect for sitting and watching TV of the evening, with an outdoor balcony to sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine or beer. Parking is conveniently located right beside your cabin.

Double Cabin - Two Double Beds
If you are looking for the perfect accommodation option for a getaway by yourself or with another couple then look no further. These cabins have 2 bedrooms, both with double beds. The fully-equipped kitchen has a full-size fridge, perfect to keep your wine nicely chilled. The lounge and dining area are all in one, plus a balcony to sit on and relax with a wine or beer. Located directly opposite the beach and with the town centre just a 15-minute walk away, BIG4 Ulverstone ticks all the boxes.

Open Plan Cabin
The Open Plan Cabins are a great option for those travelling on a budget. Providing comfortable accommodation with a double bed in the main bedroom and a bunk in a walk-through area. You will find everything you need in the kitchen including a microwave, stove top and fridge. In the lounge and dining area you will find a dining table, couch, TV, reverse cycle air-con/heat-pump plus an ensuite style bathroom in the cabin. Parking is right beside your cabin. Sleeps 4.
