Myrtle Park is approximately 35 kilometres from Launceston and 30 kilometres from Scottsdale on the Tasman Highway (A3). Multiple facilities are located onsite including barbecues, playgrounds and tennis courts, as well as maintained amenities such as the showers, toilets and a laundry. Dogs are allowed on lead in Myrtle Park but there are a number of environmentally sensitive areas where dogs are not allowed. These areas are marked with 'dogs not allowed' signs.
The park will be open from the 1st of September 2023 through to the 31st of May 2024, with 30 sites available to be booked each night, with a limit of 10 people per site.
All bookings must be made in advance online, or by calling the Launceston Visitor Information Centre on 1800 651 827.
