Russell House can accommodate up to eight people in four stylish bedrooms across one level, with modern comfort provided. At the front of the house, a sumptuous lounge with modular suite is the perfect place to relax and up the hall, an informal dining/living space forms the hub of the home, opening out to the sunny deck with views of blue skies and yachts in the distance. A fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cater for a crew, with a major supermarket next door for all your supplies. Some of Hobart's finest restaurants are only minutes walk away on Sandy Bay Road. Less than a kilometre away is the restaurant and cafe strip of Hampden Road in Battery Point, while Salamanca and the Hobart Waterfront is a stone's throw from there. Wrest Point Casino is even closer in the other direction. As there are permanent residents living above, Russell House has a no party policy and a noise curfew of 10.00pm.
