New Norfolk Distillery is Tasmania's only rum dedicated distillery. The distillery is housed in the historic Willow Court precinct, a former asylum .
Tour the distillery and taste a range of unique rum spirits, liqueurs and bottled cocktails. All the products are created in-house and feature local produce. At the end of your experience, take a bottle home as a souvenir or gift for a loved one.
New Norfolk Distillery is approximately 30min drive from Hobart.
Private events can be catered for upon request. Bookings are recommended for tour groups of 6 or more people.

Ignite your spirits and discover the remarkable world of hot rum drinks at Tasmania’s only rum dedicated distillery. As you warm up with a mug of each drink around our firepit, you’ll learn about their distinctive origins and how to make them at home. Some of the drinks we’ll share include a hot toddy and a flip.
