Artisan teas by The Tea Equation: Enjoy a curated selection of premium loose-leaf teas, blended and packed in Tasmania using local ingredients wherever possible. From calming florals to earthy native botanicals, each blend is crafted with purpose. The Tea Equation team will be onsite to share their teas, answer questions, and offer tastings, with favourites available to purchase and take home. Finger sandwiches: Home cooked roast beef with watercress and horseradish dill sauce Cranberry shredded chicken breast Cucumber and cream cheese Devilled egg salad Smoked salmon mousse Petite sweets: Strawberry-Crowned Chocolate Tartlets with White Chocolate Mousse Lemon curd cheesecake Classic English sponge with jam and cream Traditional date loaf Scones: Warm scones served with Tasmanian butter Tasmanian Summerberry jam and fresh cream All food is handmade onsite using quality Tasmanian ingredients.
