Spring in the Valley Bush Dance

Bush Dance
Spring is in the air, so it's time to dust off your dancing shoes and get ready for a lively night of music, movement and good old-fashioned fun at the Spring in the Valley Bush Dance. Whether you're a seasoned bush dancer or have never set foot on a dance floor, this is a night for everyone. Local folk legend Ross Smithard and his band, Up Jumped Trouble, will bring the hall to life with cracking old-time fiddle tunes and swinging dances, while Ross calls the steps and keeps everyone moving. No partner? No problem. No experience? Even better! Bush dancing is famously friendly and welcoming, and there'll always be someone ready to join you for the next dance. The young crew from The Yeehaw Cake & Curry Stall will also be back, serving up hot food, snacks and drinks, with gluten-free and vegetarian options available. Tables will be provided, and you're welcome to bring along your own refreshments or support local food outlets. It's a great night out for families, friends and anyone keen to kick up their heels and welcome spring in style. So gather your friends, bring your best dancing spirit and come spring into the season with a night of tunes, twirling and toe-tapping fun!
