Alida named in honour of our patron, Alida Chromy, wife and business partner of Josef. Alida was a founding director of the JAC group and a huge influence on all of Josef's businesses. Alida was also the homemaker and cared for the entire family. She was also a lover of seafood as we are.
Alida is open 7 days, offering amazing cocktails, an extensive wine list showcasing some of Tasmania's finest producers, a modern menu with a focus on Tasmanian products.
