The Freycinet Winter Wine Dinner is a showcase of the region's exceptional produce, featuring a seasonal six-course degustation dinner expertly paired with wines from premium local vineyards including Ossa Wines, The Bend Vineyard and Freycinet Vineyard. Set against the backdrop of Tasmania's stunning east coast, this exclusive event offers a true taste of Freycinet's finest ingredients, grown, harvested, and poured from the surrounding region. The Freycinet Lodge team will guide you through each course, unpacking the stories and tasting notes behind the wines to offer an immersive experience that highlights the unique qualities of each local vineyard. Inclusions: - Pre-dinner Canapés including local Melshell Oysters - Six courses featuring fresh seafood, local meats and hand selected ingredients from around the region. - Each course is perfectly paired with an East Coast wine. - Hosted by the knowledgeable Freycinet Lodge team, who will give you an in depth overview of ingredients used in each dish and the detail behind each hand selected wine.
