The Host's Table is a gathering place for adventurous souls, with a seasonal set menu, curated beverages, vinyl and relaxed hospitality beneath the Great Western Tiers. Grounded in travel, storytelling, food and place, the Host's Table seats at 7pm and is prepared as a shared experience for confirmed reservations. Join the table after wandering out from the Walls of Jerusalem or Tasmania's trophy trout lakes. Private Takeovers and special events may be available over winter.
