Sip and Paint Brunch

Sip and Paint
Paint and Sip
Jess Florence Art
Embrace the quiet magic of Tasmania's East Coast—where time stretches, the air sharpens, and creativity feels just a little easier to catch. Against the backdrop of the Hazards rising over vines and water, our Paint & Sip Brunch offers a cosy, midwinter moment to unwind, create, and savour the East Coast at its most peaceful. Guided by a local artist, guests ease into the session with warm up sketches before painting their own landscape inspired by the iconic view framed Devil's Den windows. Whether you're a first timer or a seasoned creative, the experience blends gentle guidance with space to explore your own expression. Held on the last Thursday of each month, this midweek moment encourages travellers and locals alike to linger longer on the East Coast—when the roads are quiet, the mood is mellow, and the region reveals a different kind of beauty. Arrive from 10:45am and settle in with a complimentary glass of wine before the 11:00am session begins. Brunch dishes can be enjoyed before, during, or after the creative workshop—pairing perfectly with our cool climate wines and a slow winter rhythm. All delivered in a warm, social setting that feels distinctly East Coast, distinctly winter, and distinctly Tasmanian. A relaxed, creative, and visually rich way to experience the East Coast—perfect for winter days spent slowing down and leaning in.
