At the end of a quiet country lane, Fork it Farm's boutique farm shop invites visitors to slow down and savour the authentic flavours of Tasmania. Nestled in the picturesque Pipers Brook Wine Region, just a short drive from Launceston, the farm shop showcases a carefully curated selection of all-natural meats, handcrafted charcuterie, pickles, preserves, and pet treats—raised, grown, and made on the farm using traditional methods. Visitors will also find thoughtfully assembled meal kits and simple, seasonal recipes designed to make farm-fresh cooking at home both easy and delicious. Complementing the range is a handpicked selection of artisan goods from other exceptional local producers, celebrating the best of northern Tasmania's food community. Shop, Savour & Stay a While Guests are encouraged to build their own paddock picnic, choosing from farm-made meats, cheeses, and accompaniments before settling into a quiet corner of the property to take in the surrounding countryside. Wooden platters, utensils, and drinking water are provided—just bring a favourite bottle of wine to complete the experience. What sets Fork it Farm apart is its unwavering commitment to traditional, small-batch production and natural ingredients. Every product is crafted without preservatives, curing agents, or artificial flavours, allowing the quality of the produce to shine. It's a genuine paddock-to-plate experience that reflects the care, craftsmanship, and agricultural heritage of Tasmania.
