13 day West Coast self guided tour

cycling at the Westcoast
This tour from Launceston to Hobart via the West Coast is for experienced cyclists only. It may be booked on its own or as an add-on to our East Coast tour for a full island circle. You can depart on any day of your choice. The tour can be customised to your needs. We will supply a very detailed route-description from hotel to hotel with many tips. The route goes through the spectacular wilderness of the highland and alpine regions, much of it through very dramatic scenery in World Heritage listed areas. It is different to the East Coast, less populated with a rugged landscape and varying weather. You will have the opportunity to visit Cradle Mountain, Lake St. Clair and Mount Field National Parks and will pass through old mining towns like Queenstown and Zeehan. 'Lonely Planet' has voted the West Coast to be the second best cycling region in the world.

Does not cater for people with access needs.
