Couples Private Farm Tour

This one-hour morning farm tour is designed for families with kids or the young a heart. Guests visit the goats and have cuddles and lots of interaction. They also see the ducks and meet alpacas Lucy and Leya. Then on to see the miniature Hereford girls and their little ones. For those who love to see the ponies, Arnie and Dolly would love a pat and Nashville our farm pup will lead the way. Guided by the owners of the farm guests get to find out about miniature livestock and how they work together on a smaller farm and can see where the girls are milked to make the Little Things Farm soaps and skincare range. There are opportunities to purchase some of these products at the Farm Store after the tour meeting the animals. Please take as many photos as you like and your farmer will take photos on your tour that can be turned into gift memories for your home. Due to this being a working farm and walking tracks being used by our livestock, it is preferable to carry small children. Bookings are essential. Can't wait to meet you soon!

Conveniently located between Launceston and Devonport, Buckbill Banks Camping offers a beautiful, level camping area overlooking Quamby Brook Creek. Although we take several bookings at once, you are guaranteed a secluded nook, there is plenty of space. There is a wood fired hot tub beside the creek, which all campers have access to. Imagine star gazing from the hot tub of an evening, or enjoying a morning soak whilst keeping your eyes peeled for the resident platypus in their natural habitat! Firewood is provided for the hot tub, you may buy wood on site for your individual campfires. The hot Tub is not for wild parties, but to relax and view the native wild life, quietly watch the platypus in their natural environment. Please note, we accept one camper trailer/caravan per booking.
