Kate Reed Reserve Tour

Kate Reed MTB
Currently one of Launceston's most popular riding area due to a recent upgrade by the Launceston Mountain Bike Club who received a $300 000 grant from Sport and Recreation Tasmania for trail construction here and in Trevallyn Reserve. Kate Reed is the first area to see development of purpose build single track that offers great flow with many extra features for use for those with the skills. This area lends itself to all abilities and makes for a great 2-3 hour ride on the outskirts of Launceston. If you are new to MTB we can tailor the ride to include some basic technique instruction. If you are an experienced rider we can up the tempo to give you not only a fun experience, taking in the extra track components that only become apparent with speed, but also a good work out at the same time. Tour departs on demand and are 2-4 hours in duration. Tour cost is AUD120 and includes snacks, water, bike and helmet.

Does not cater for people with access needs.
