Summerlea Farm is a family-run farm located in the Tamar Valley, thirty minutes from Launceston. The farm specialises in top-quality single origin Angus beef which is highly sought after by local customers and restaurants. It has a terroir-driven approach, where the focus is on the way soil, water, native plants and environment shape the flavour of the beef. Visitors go behind the scenes to experience farming with a difference - where small-scale beef production and wildlife conservation converge. Guests enjoy: Hosted experiences guided by owner farmer Seasonal, local food and wine sourced from the farm and surrounding region. Chauffeured transportation around the farm in a fully enclosed and heated Polaris ATV vehicle. Seatbelts fitted and helmets provided. Relaxation, adventure, and appreciation for the natural world. Bookings are for private groups allowing parties of 2-5 people to enjoy exclusive access and a truly personal experience.
