Both bedrooms offer queen size beds with the second having a set of bunks for the kids as well. A cosy wood fire keeps the cottage warm all year round. Elements at Lady Bay, a unique off grid property in the Far South of Tasmania. This is a spacious passive solar rammed earth and timber house lovingly decorated and with stunning views over the Southern d’Entrecasteaux Channel and across to South Bruny Island. Sea Eagles are gliding by daily, Swift parrots are seasonal visitors and native hens love to roam outside the house. A beautiful remote location reached by 4 km of dirt road and with very limited internet connectivity, this property is suitable for those who enjoy nature and love to get away from it all. Elements has everything needed for a relaxed stay. A woodfire keeps the place warm during the cooler months. Sufficient firewood for your stay is provided. There are two bedrooms both with queen-size beds with quality linen. Elements is perfect for one or two couples. The open plan living area offers expansive views of trees, sky and water. The full size kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven. The bathroom features a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Elements is remote, off grid and we collect rainwater. Water and power are limited.4
