Mt Field Campground
Mt Field Campground is a campground within Mt Field National Park, managed by the Parks and Wildlife Service Tasmania. This pleasant campground is set in the forest beside the pretty Tyenna River - just a few minutes walk from the Visitor Centre. There are 14 powered sites as well as a range of unpowered sites. Spaces are suitable for campervans and caravans as well as tents. Facilities include a toilet and shower block, coin-operated washing machines and clothes driers, communal cooking shelter including sink and hot water and free electric barbecues. The new Parks Online Booking System is being rolled out in November, designed to make it simpler for visitors to find, book and manage parks experiences (including camping). The system will allow visitors to make bookings online before heading off on their next adventure. Please follow the link for further information about this campground.
