Big hART is thrilled to announce that Gulgawarnigu is heading to North West Tasmania this March for two very special digital art workshop and exhibition events. Gulgawarnigu (Ngarluma) is a project born from the Digital Lab in Roebourne and NEO-Learning, originally developed as part of an exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra. The project celebrates digital art created by young First Nations artists from Roebourne, WA, and has since toured regionally across Australia — bringing art, digital skills, and community connection to audiences far and wide. The exhibition is open to all, and we will be running digital art workshops specifically for young people on the night. Places are limited.
