Meet the Producers Dinner

sharing style plates
Join them for an intimate celebration of Northern Tasmania's rich food culture at Grain of the Silos: Meet the Producer. They invite you to step a little closer to the source - an evening devoted to the farmers, growers and makers whose passion defines the flavour of our region. Begin your night with fireside snacks and a glass of sparkling on the deck, overlooking the tranquil kanamaluka/Tamar River as the winter light fades. Then, settle in for a beautifully curated three-course dining experience by Food Director Massimo Mele and Executive Chef Thomas Pirker, thoughtfully paired with wines from across Northern Tasmania. Each dish tells a story, celebrating seasonal produce and showcasing the relationships they've built with the producers who inspire the menu and sustains the community. This is more than dinner - it's a chance to connect with the people behind the plates, hear their stories and savour the very best of our region.
