Full Day Whisky Tour

Our Signature Tour is the perfect option for those who are eager to sample the finest of Tasmania’s whisky, wine and other delicious craft beverages. Whatever your beverage of choice, there is something for everyone on this tour! Depending on the season, you might be fortunate enough to taste limited release ciders made from local fruits such as peaches, blueberries and quince. We will get behind the scenes access to some of Tasmania’s most renowned distilleries, vineyards and breweries. Every stop gives you the chance to enjoy a variety of tastings, meet passionate locals in the industry, and relax with your fellow tourers.

On our full-day wine tour, we will visit five of southern Tasmania’s best wine producers, all within a short drive of Hobart. Guided by experts, you will taste a wide range of award winning, hand crafted, cool climate wines. You will be able to taste some world class sparkling wines, crisp cool climate white wines and velvety, seductive reds.

On this tour, we visit three hand-picked gin distilleries known for their outstanding boutique gin. You’ll taste world-class gin on this tour, with the opportunity to meet the makers and see what goes into creating the myriad varieties of this amazing spirit. A day of great conversation, world-renowned scenery, a little Tasmanian history and sumptuous tastings, as well as a delicious seasonal lunch.
