Just a short walk from the terminal, our friendly team awaits at the EGUIDE tour desk, ready to whisk you away on an unforgettable journey. First stop is Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, a haven for Tasmania's most iconic creatures. Enjoy a scenic drive through rolling countryside, where green hills and open farmland stretch toward the horizon. At Bonorong, you'll have 90 minutes in this incredible sanctuary, where Tasmanian devils, wombats, and echidnas make their home. The friendly kangaroos, gently nibble from your hand as you admire the dedication of the sanctuary's team in rehabilitating and protecting these unique species. We then return to Hobart, weaving through the heart of the city. As the city fades behind us, we begin the climb up kunanyi / Mount Wellington. Reaching the summit, step out to one of the most breathtaking panoramic views in all of Australia. Hobart sprawls along the River Derwent, its harbor glistening. To the south, Bruny Island sits on the horizon, while the Tasmanian wilderness stretches endlessly to the west. We then head back to the cruise terminal. You'll step back on board knowing you've experienced the best of Hobart in just a few hours—seamlessly, comfortably, and with time to spare.
