Getting to Tasmania is easy in any season. Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia fly direct to Hobart and Launceston from Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with some airlines also flying from other Australian states and territories. Flights into Devonport and Burnie (Wynyard) also operate, and from Melbourne you can fly to King Island and Flinders Island.
