The space (optional) The Villa has had been designed with the holiday maker in mind with 3 generous bedrooms, two bathrooms and secure lock up garage. The main Bedroom has comfy King size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom a cozy queen bed and built-in robes, and third bedroom has two single beds. Each room, thoughtfully adorned and equipped, ensures a seamless stay. With the convenience of two bathrooms, including a relaxing bathtub, and a washing machine and dryer. Outside, the expansive deck beckons, offering a picturesque backdrop for your barbecue gatherings. A secure lock up garage with electric roller door is provided for your convenience. Conveniently located just a 10 minute drive to Hobart's vibrant CBD and only a short trip to Bellerive Quay for a scenic ferry ride across the Derwent River, the home also provides swift access to the popular Bellerive beach within a mere 5-minute drive away. A brief 3-minute drive to Eastlands,the region's largest shopping center.

For your comfort, the home includes reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy in Winter and cool in Summer. There’s even a wall-mounted Smart TV if you just want to curl up in bed and watch your favourite show after a busy day. The 2nd bedroom has two comfortable single beds and the double glazing throughout will ensure a peaceful night's sleep, also in the lounge, one of the lounges converts into a comfortable sofa bed. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. However, with the large array of wonderful restaurants so close by, why would you want to cook! The laundry has a washing machine/dryer combo and there’s a fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor setting for your morning coffee.
